Per, with a background in political engagement at the local level in Sweden, has strong experience of developing transformational climate actions in various sectors which also bring about development. Examples range from supporting setting up an ESCO model for energy efficiency and renewable energy investments in public schools in Chile, to creating enabling frameworks and incentives for farmers to change to more productive and less GHG emitting practices in Honduras and Nicaragua.
Per has also worked with improving the national transparency systems in Ecuador, Sierra Leone, and Honduras.
