To support the Technology Needs Assessment (TNA) process in the Federated States of Micronesia, a national contractor is being recruited to lead climate change mitigation efforts in the Energy and Agriculture (Food Security) sectors.
Under the guidance of the TNA Coordinator and UNEP Copenhagen Climate Centre, the contractor will work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize technologies, assess barriers, and develop actionable plans. Key outputs will include a portfolio of prioritized technologies, a barrier analysis and enabling framework, and a Technology Action Plan with project ideas and policy briefs—laying the groundwork for sustainable, climate-resilient development.
