To advance climate adaptation efforts in the Federated States of Micronesia, a national contractor is being recruited to support the Technology Needs Assessment (TNA) process in the Water (Water Security) and Health sectors.
Under the guidance of the TNA Coordinator and UNEP Copenhagen Climate Centre, the contractor will lead stakeholder-driven assessments to identify priority technologies, analyze barriers, and develop actionable strategies.
Key deliverables include a portfolio of adaptation technologies, a barrier analysis and enabling framework, and a Technology Action Plan with project ideas and policy briefs—laying the foundation for resilient, climate-smart development in critical sectors.
