Federico has been working at UNEP Copenhagen Climate Centre since 2011 after being stationed at the Belize Ministry of the Environment and Natural Resources.
In Belize he worked with capacity building and the identification of potential projects for the CDM.
He has extensive experience in providing capacity building for NAMA development in developing countries, and application of stakeholder consultation methodologies for identification and prioritization of mitigation actions.
Amongst his latest engagements, he has provided support to São Tomé and Príncipe in designing their Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC), and is assisting Mozambique in developing capacities to adhere to the transparency requirements of the Paris Agreement.
Federico has a M.Sc. in Technological and Socio-Economic Planning from Roskilde University.
