Freya aided in the development of some of the first EU Taxonomy aligned risk and vulnerability assessments, provided technical support for two GCAP’s under the EBRD, as well as developed pilot scope 3 assessments for a science and technology giant, operating out of Ireland. Freya has experience working in and across many sectors including building materials, banking, science and technology, local and national governments, building developers, as well as many others.
Freya holds a first-class MSc in Environment and Energy Engineering, from the University of Sheffield, where she specialized in CO2 capture and utilization for the development of third generation biofuels. Her BEng in Mechanical Engineering saw her focus in renewable energy and circular economy. She holds a certification in Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
