Heli Sinkko is Programme Manager at Special Funds unit at Nefco, the Nordic Green Bank. Heli is managing the Modern Cooking Facility for Africa (MCFA), a 61.5 million euro results-based financing programme supporting market development and access to modern energy cooking solutions, including sustainable solid and liquid biofuels in seven sub-Saharan African Countries.
