Project Officer - Climate and Energy

Juliette joined UNEP Copenhagen Climate Centre as a Programme Officer in August 2023 to work in the Section for Institutional Development. Her work focuses on supporting the implementation of Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) for the NDC Action Project, as well as climate transparency initiatives such as the Capacity-Building Initiative for Transparency (CBIT).

Prior to joining UNEP Copenhagen Climate Centre, Juliette worked at WWF European Policy office in Brussels where she led the advocacy work on bioenergy, carbon removals and LULUCF. At the European Environment Agency (EEA) and UNEP, she conducted background research on the LULUCF sector, energy efficiency in public buildings as well as the right of nature and the environmental rule of law. Her experience also includes project management work at the Stockholm International Water Institute (SIWI) and the International Federation of Automobile (FIA).

Juliette graduated with a LL.M in private law from La Sorbonne University and a LL.M in Environmental law from the Upsala University, the University of Eastern Finland (UEF) and the Arctic University of Norway (UiT).
