Margot Duluk

Margot Duluk is a Policy Analyst and Advisor to the Head of the OECD’s Climate, Biodiversity and Water Division in the Environment Directorate. Her work focuses on supporting the Climate Change Expert Group (CCXG) with analysis that informs climate negotiations under the UNFCCC across a range of adaptation and mitigation issues. In her advisory role, she provides strategic support on matters related to climate, biodiversity and water policy. Previously, Margot worked at the European Climate Foundation, where she contributed to grantmaking activities and coordination of an international network focused on climate diplomacy and international climate politics. She holds a Master’s degree in International Public Management from Sciences Po Paris and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Warsaw.
