Mino Harintsalama RAKOTONDRATSIRY

Mino is a Finance Associate in the UNEP Copenhagen Climate Centre since April 2023. She is supporting the Administration Unit with Budget management and Financial analysis and reporting. She works with the Project managers and Team leads in maintaining the financial sustainability of the centre. She also contributes in financial and budget discussions with donors and in providing compliant reporting and further requirements.

Mino has been in Finance and Administration for more than 10 years and have developed her specific interest in Budget and awards while she was a Finance Officer with Save the Children International. Her main achievement is the implementation of the Finance and HR department of later’s new office, where she completed the recruitment and induction of the new staff, implemented the procedures, created new tools and supported the Programme team in drafting and managing budgets.

Prior to joining the UNEP-CCC, Mino was the Finance Associate at World Food Programme Madagascar, where she acted as the focal point to the Cash Based Transfer activity and was involved in managing all matters related to the Cooperating Partners.

Mino completed a one year Master in Finance and holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the National Institute of Accounting and Business Administration in Madagascar. She speaks Malagasy, French and English.
