Priscilla Ulloa holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Columbia University and has more than 15 years of experience in environmental policy development. She serves in the Adaptation Department of Chile’s Ministry of the Environment, where she contributes to climate change adaptation planning and the implementation of Chile’s climate commitments.
