Gabriela Prata Dias is the Head of the Markets Section at the UNEP Copenhagen Climate Centre, where she has worked since 2017. Before joining UNEP-CCC, she served as CEO of the Portuguese National Energy Agency (ADENE), leading the design and implementation of national energy efficiency policies. She holds a Master’s degree in Energy and Environmental Economics and Policy and brings extensive experience across the energy and climate fields, including previous roles with the Energy Charter Secretariat in Brussels, in the private sector, and in research in Portugal.
